Enclosure: made of FRP. FRP products are light, high strength, corrosion resistant, beautiful and anti-aging. The outer enclosure board of cooling tower is made of anti ultraviolet radiation gel coating resin with standard and delicate process. The glass fiber reinforced plastic is solidified in the warm room with constant temperature and humidity. The surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic enclosure board made by our factory is smooth and UV resistant, and the overall appearance is beautiful. 3、 Air duct
The air duct is a kinetic energy recovery type air duct, with reasonable air distribution, high efficiency, FRP material, light weight, high strength and corrosion resistance. Quality standard for finished product of water spray filler
The allowable error of the length and width of the filler molding sheet is ±10mm, and the sheet shape is rectangular. The broken holes of the shower plate shall not exceed 20/㎡, the dispersion degree shall not exceed 5/10
cm2, and the broken hole diameter shall not exceed 2mm. Straight, no cracks and obvious gaps.
The allowable error of the water-spray filler assembly block spacing is not more than ±1.0mm, the allowable error of the sheet geometry is not more than ±5%, and the maximum error is not more than 1.0mm.
The water-spray filler is assembled into blocks by bonding, each assembly block is firmly connected and the overall rigidity.
The adhesive used has water resistance, heat resistance (75°C), cold resistance (-35°C), and aging resistance. The shear strength after bonding for 24h is not less than 1.37MPa. The bonding strength test method is carried out in accordance with "HG2-151-65", and the bonding integrity rate should be above 90%.
The water-spray filler assembly block has sufficient rigidity and strength. The standard test piece under the condition of simple support has no obvious deformation under the uniform load of 2942N/㎡, and there is no residual deformation after unloading. There is no loosening of the points, and the test method should be carried out in accordance with "DL/T742-2001".
The water-sprayed filler assembly block is kept at 65°C without geometric deformation and no degumming. The test method is carried out in accordance with "DL/T742-2001".
The technical requirements for packaging, transportation, storage, installation, acceptance and other aspects of the spray filler shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations in "DL/T742-2001".

Water distribution system: Q235-A pipe is used for the water distribution pipeline. After the pipe is processed, the pipe is pickled and rust removed, and then hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment. Low pressure pipe type water distribution. The water distribution pipe has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, low water flow resistance, simple and reliable structure. In winter, the ambient temperature is at -31.4ºC without freezing, cracking and falling off; working in a humid and hot environment without direct sunlight for many years, the aging period can reach more than 20 years.
The nozzle is equipped with an ABS three-disc nozzle, and the nozzle spacing and diameter are reasonably arranged after calculation of the water volume, the water distribution is uniform, and the unevenness of the whole tower is <5%. The nozzle sprays even and small water droplets, no umbrella film phenomenon, small combined uniform distribution coefficient, no hollow phenomenon, strong working head adaptability, and basic performance such as not easy to block. The geometry of the spray device does not soften and deform at 80°C.
Technical features:
1. Uniform water distribution: the water distribution pipeline adopts a loop network arrangement and is equipped with a balance pipe to ensure uniform water pressure in all parts of the pipeline;
2. Low resistance design: The inner wall of the pipeline is smooth, and the water flow resistance is small, which can reduce the precipitation of sewage in the pipeline. The water distribution pipe adopts a large diameter and low flow rate design, and the system water distribution resistance is only 0.2mmH2O;
3. Large operating flexibility: The actual tower test shows that the water flow deviation of the nozzles at different positions in the tower is less than 5%, and the system has high adaptability to hydraulic loads. The system can still work normally when the operating load reaches 130%. When the operating load is as low as 40%, the water distribution uniformity of the entire tower is not affected, which greatly improves the safety and reliability of equipment operation;

Water collector: adopts reinforced arc-shaped water remover, the main components (arc sheet, tie rod) are made of modified polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, flame retardant, not softened and deformed at +60℃, and the lowest temperature in winter -32℃, no embrittlement when shutting down. Long-term work in hot and humid environment, with good resistance to damp heat and aging, and the service life is more than 20 years.
Assembly method: using multiple rows of double tie rods in series assembly.

Technical features:
1. Water saving and environmental protection: The water collection efficiency is high. 4. Climbing ladder outside the tower: A ladder guardrail is installed outside the cooling tower to facilitate the maintenance of various parts of the cooling tower.
